We will discuss market trends & I can advise you on when & what to list your home for to get you top dollar. Together we will determine how to best price your home based on current market trends & how to achieve top dollar. Once we receive an offer, I will walk you through how the contract affects you & provide a net value upon sale. I will explain any contractual questions in detail to you so you can make an educated decision on your offer.
