Your home will be featured on the MLS & syndicated to over 350+ websites. Social media strategies will be used to further push your listing to the public for additional views.  Using an experienced real estate agent matters. We will discuss market trends & I can advise you on when & what to list your home for to get you top dollar. Together we will determine how to best price your home based on current market trends & how to achieve top dollar. Once we receive an offer, I will walk you through how the contract affects you & provide a net value upon sale. I will explain any contractual questions in detail to you so you can make an educated decision on your offer.
